By using this site or our services, you agree to the following:

  • We’re not doctors. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting a new workout program.

  • Self-led means self-responsible. We give you the plan—you decide when and how to follow it.

  • Our content is ours. Please don’t copy, share, or resell it.

  • Results aren’t guaranteed. You bring the effort, we’ll bring the support.

  • Play nice. No spamming, hacking, or shady stuff.

  • Terms may change. By continuing to use the site, you accept any updates.

Refunds & Cancellations
When you sign up, you're committing to a 3-month package. We don’t do auto-renewals—after your three months are up, we’ll check in. If you’re feeling good, we’ll keep going from there.

We don’t offer retroactive refunds for time already used (just like a gym membership). And if you don’t end up using the workouts we’ve programmed, we can’t offer refunds for that either.

That said, if something unexpected comes up—an injury or anything that truly gets in the way—get in touch. We’re human, and we’ll do our best to figure it out with you.
