FAQs

A few questions you might be asking
(and a few we just wanted to answer anyway)

Can I do Mondays on a Thursday?

Yes—but we can’t guarantee the same gains. Joking, but bring that Mondays energy!

Do I need access to a gym, or can I work out at home?

No gym? No problem.
While having access to a gym opens up more equipment options, we tailor the program to fit your reality. Many of our clients train from home using minimal equipment—and we’ve even built custom plans for clients working out in hotel gyms with just bands and bodyweight. Your setup = our starting point.

What do you mean by “self-led”?

You get three customized workouts per week, written by a real coach—not some robot. You complete them on your own time, at your own pace. These are not virtual 1-on-1 training sessions, but rather completed on your own.

Q: Do I need to be in shape to start?

Nope. You don’t need six-pack abs or a gym alter ego—just a little curiosity and a coach who’s got your back. (Good news: we provide the second part.)

Do you offer 1-on-1 virtual training?

We do! If self-led workouts aren’t your thing—whether it’s confidence, motivation, or just wanting someone to coach you in real time—we can create a plan that fits. Just let us know what you need.

What if I’m new to strength training?

Perfect. We love a fresh start.
Your workouts will match your experience, equipment, and goals. And your coach is here to help every step of the way—questions welcome, overthinking encouraged (briefly), then back to it.

What kind of support do I get each week?

Every week, you’ll check in with your coach via video or message.
They’ll make sure your program is on track, update anything that needs tweaking, and—when necessary—provide the classic “friendly nudge.”
(We’re motivational, not militant.)

What if I travel or my schedule changes?

We adapt with you.
Your workouts are custom-built, so if you’re traveling, busy, skiing for a week, or suddenly training in a broom closet—your coach will adjust the plan so you can keep moving.

“Is it too late for a comeback?”

Never. The world loves a comeback story—and we’d love to coach yours.
