HOW IT WORKS

1. Get Your Plan
After an initial assessment, we build a custom self-led workout program tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment—three workouts a week, every week.

2. Do the Work
Follow your plan at your own pace. Each workout includes clear instructions and video demos, so you always know exactly what to do—even if you’re new to strength training (or just rusty).

3. Stay Accountable
Weekly check-ins and video calls with your coach keep you on track, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed. Real support, real humans, real progress.

4. Bask in the Glory
Your pants fit better. Your back doesn’t hurt. You carried all the groceries in one trip. You're stronger, healthier, and maybe—just maybe—a little smug about it.

FOUNDER and HEAD TRAINER

Thomas is a lifelong athlete, movement nerd, and your go-to guy for thoughtful, no-nonsense coaching.


He played collegiate volleyball and competed with Team Canada’s beach volleyball development program—so he knows a thing or two about showing up and putting in the work.

After earning his Personal Fitness Training diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Thom kept leveling up his toolkit to better serve his clients—learning, unlearning, and staying curious every step of the way. He holds certifications in:

  • Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist

  • Functional Range Assessment

  • Resistance Training Specialist (Level 2)

  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (Levels 1 & 2)

Thom works with clients of all ages and experience levels, and brings a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and habit-building to every session. His goal? Helping people move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives—with just the right mix of challenge and support.
